By booking and engaging in services with Prophetess Toya and or Essence For Self you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and mutual respect between the Client and Goddess Toya.

Divination Policy

1. Age Verification

Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive divination services. Prophetess Toya reserves the right to request proof of age. 16 years old with parental consent.

2. Disclaimer

Divination services are not a substitute for legal, medical, psychiatric, or financial advice. Clients are encouraged to consult the appropriate professionals for such matters.

3. Interpretation and Responsibility

All insights provided during a divination session are based on Prophetess Toya’s spiritual gifts and training. These insights are subjective and should be interpreted as such. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

4. Personal Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for their decisions, feelings, and life choices following a divination session. Prophetess Toya is not liable for any consequences arising from the session.

5. Consent and Free Will

By participating in a session, the Client affirms that they are engaging of their own free will. All insights provided are offered for reflection and personal growth, and the Client retains full agency to accept or reject them.

6. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

Any personal or proprietary information shared during a session must remain confidential. The Client agrees not to share or disclose such information without written consent from Prophetess Toya, unless legally required.

7. Non-Disparagement

The Client agrees not to slander, libel, or otherwise defame Prophetess Toya. Breaches of this agreement may result in legal action.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services at any time. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a session or package in the event of termination.

9. Severability

If any provision of this policy is found to be invalid, all other provisions remain in effect.

No Call, No Show Appointment Policy

1. Cancellation Notice

Clients must provide at least 72 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain schedule integrity.

2. No Call, No Show

Failure to attend an appointment without any notice will result in a forfeited session. No refunds or rescheduling will be granted.

3. Emergencies

We understand life happens. In the case of an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. We may offer a one-time reschedule at our sole discretion.

4. Repeat Violations

Repeated violations of this policy may result in refusal of future services.

By booking an appointment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms, including the possibility of forfeiture of services and fees in the case of a no-show or late cancellation.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & No Refunds Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and we are committed to accommodating your needs to the best of our ability. Please note that we operate under a strict no refunds policy. However, the following options are available for changes or cancellations:

1. Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend your scheduled service or event, you may reschedule for a later date, subject to availability. Rescheduling must be done 72 hours in advance., otherwise a $80 rescheduling fee will apply to cover the time set aside for your original appointment.

Please be on time. Prophetess Toya will wait up to 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, after which the session will be considered forfeited.

2. Credit Option

In place of a refund, you may request a credit to be applied toward a future service or event.

Credits must be used within 30 days of the original appointment date and are offered at the sole discretion of Prophetess Toya. After 30 days, any unused credit will expire and become void.

By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and understand that payments are non-refundable under any circumstance.
